I grew up in Vermont and stayed for college and graduate school. After working with teens experiencing legal issues and other family concerns, I branched out into more generalized work with children, families, and individual adults. Eventually, my interest in supporting life transitions called be back to young adults. I also have experience in navigating substance abuse, various mental health concerns, physical health issues, abuse and neglect, and trauma. Most recently, I’ve added teaching to my experiences.

In my personal time, I enjoy reading, a good cup of tea, random art and crafty pursuits, and hanging with my small zoo of animals.
